A solid foundation with a layer of comfort.
Make sleep easier with the Alton Rimu King Bed Frame and Balanced Euro Top Mattress combo.
The Alton King Bed pairs a warm Rimu-stained finish with clean lines, giving a subtle mid-century feel that fits easy in almost any bedroom. Professionally crafted from solid New Zealand Pine, it's sturdy where it counts, coming from a thoughtful construction rather than a flashy design.
The head and footboards are fully panelled for a smooth and continuous look that keeps everything in place, while the hook-and-screw joinery holds the frame still and silent throughout the night. Underneath, a central support beam keeps the slats and your mattress perfectly and evenly balanced (much like the mattress). There's also enough room below for some out-of-sight storage.
Paired with the bed, is the Balanced Euro Top Pocket Spring Mattress, designed to hit that perfect middle ground between plush and firm. It offers dependable support without feeling overly firm, making it a good fit for those who want structure with a bit of a give. The independently coiled pocket spring system works across the mattress, contouring to your body and minimising partner disturbance ensuring you and that special someone both get a replenishing sleep night after night.
