We sure do, there is no problem starting a layby with us, you'll just need to get in touch by calling 03 366 0800 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We generally ask for a 20% deposit and prefer for the layby to paid and for the goods to be in your hands within 8 weeks, but longer periods can be arranged.
We take Q Card and Gem Visa cards in store and over the phone, but Q Card is not yet setup with our checkout system online, so please contact us on 03 366 0800 if you would like to make a purchase with Q Card, we are always happy to help.
Yes we are on Trademe. Our Trademe account is "mainlandfurnitureandbedding"
MOST of our products come fully assembled, ready to go. For most items the extent of assembly is putting the handles on the outside of the units, as they are placed on the inside of drawers and cupboards for shipping. There are some things that will need assembly, like beds and dining tables, but their assembly is very straightforward and the tools you'll need are provided. We always endeavour to tell you when a product needs assembly.
We aren't like the big guys, who price their furniture at huge markups, just so that they can offer big savings when they drop their price to the level they should have been to begin with. You won't see us on TV every week, yelling at you about how we have ordered too many Lounge suites for third month in a row and they MUST GO. What you will see are incredibly priced products year round, in store and online, because we keep our costs low and pass on the savings directly to you.
