Shopping with us is super easy - just follow these steps:

1. Choose any product you like, either using the search box up top or by browsing different sections of our website.

2. View the product you like, you can click on the photographs to zoom in and see more details. You can also read more information on the product page.

3. If you decide to go ahead with the product, just click "add to cart." You can choose to continue shopping or proceed to complete your order.

4. When you're ready, click "checkout" and fill in your details.

5. Select a payment method: Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Bank Transfer.

6. Confirm the order.

7. You will receive an email from us confirming your order.

We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard), Bank transfer, Afterpay/Laybuy or GEM Visa!

You can visit our Christchurch showroom at 422 Colombo St, Sydenham, Christchurch 8025 - right next to Sydenham Bakery!

Almost all of our furniture arrives fully assembled. Some of them require simple assembly such as attaching the handles/legs.

All of our beds come in 3 or 4 parts and needs to be assembled together (which usually takes around 15 mins)

Unfortunately, we're unable to do that at this stage, as we only import the furniture.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us/call directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Yes! We offer 365 days warranty on all our products. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults or defects. However, it does not cover wear, tear or damage caused by use, accident or failure to follow care instructions. Any modifications made to the product will void the warranty.

If you received a faulty or damaged product, please email us at sales@mainlandfurniture.co.nz and include the following information (to help us resolve this for you quickly):

- Your order number

- Name of the product

- Photos and/or videos showing the issue as best as you can

Absolutely! Once you've made your purchase, we will organize delivery with our carriers and provide you with a tracking code via email as soon as your order gets picked up from our warehouse.
