- $79 - NZ major urban areas (rate automatically applied at checkout)
- $60 - Christchurch (local delivery)
Flat rate shipping to your address, no matter the order size.
Note: If you live in an area that we can't cover, please reach out to us, and we'll give you an accurate quote from our carrier to deliver it direct to your home. Alternatively, we could ship it to any Mainfreight depot (near you) for $79. Either way, please contact us and enquire with your address + what product you're after.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Unless stated otherwise, all our in-stock orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours. The transit time for your order to arrive at your home depends on where you live.
- 4-10 Working-days for North Island.
- 3-7 Working-days for South Island
This is an estimate, might be delayed due to peak season of the delivery company or weather conditions.
The delivery staff will follow the delivery instructions/directions supplied when purchasing online. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of goods left unattended at your request.
Please note that the delivery company does not unwrap your goods or remove packaging.
GENERAL PICKUP INFORMATION
You are welcome to collect your new furniture from our Christchurch Showroom or directly from our warehouse.

Please leave a memo in your order so that we know when you'll be coming in to pick up. Our staff will prepare your order so that it's ready for you when you arrive. Feel free to send us a message using our contact form here to let us know when you'll be coming in to pick up or to change your order date.
Please let us know in advance when you are near our warehouse so we can meet you there :)
Our warehouse is located around the back of our building, just off Lawson Street, right before the parking lot. Once you see the Mainland Furniture signs - you're in the right place! 
You are welcome to arrange a third party to pick up orders on your behalf
Whoever is picking up the order needs to have your invoice number. Pre-arrangement and confirmation are required before pick up.
